Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 26, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Parsefy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you must not access or use the service.
2. Use of Service
Parsefy provides a set of tools that convert between data and document formats — among them JSON, CSV, TSV, JSON Lines, SQL statements, spreadsheets, and answers pasted from AI assistants — all running locally in your browser. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, and for having the right to convert whatever you paste or open. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Automatic Correction of Input
Real-world input is often malformed, and the tools repair it rather than refusing it. Depending on what you paste, this can include padding rows that are short of columns, discarding values beyond the width of a header, recovering only the complete portion of output that was cut off, replacing values that a format cannot represent, and removing formatting characters.
This means the result may deliberately differ from what you put in. Every such change is listed on screen alongside the result, and you are responsible for reviewing those notices and checking the output before relying on it — particularly where the data is financial, legal, or otherwise consequential.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Parsefy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the tools. We do not guarantee that they will meet your requirements or that conversion results will be error-free.
Output is produced to be opened in third-party applications such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets and Google Docs, which we neither control nor speak for. How any of them handles a given file or paste can change between versions and settings. Where a format has a known quirk — the Word-readable .doc export, for instance, prompts you to confirm the format before opening — it is described on the page that produces it.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Parsefy or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Thank you for using Parsefy.
